Originally from Camden, South Carolina I moved to Myrtle Beach in 1995. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, advertising and home remodeling, you'd be hard-pressed in finding someone more equipped at helping you from a variety of different angles.

I'm licensed in South Carolina AND North Carolina as a Realtor with an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, as well as extensive experience in Short Sales and Bank Owned Properties (REO). I also currently hold a South Carolina Residential Builders License, if new construction is where you have your sights set!  (I told you that you would be hard-pressed to find someone else more qualified ;) )
