Originally from Camden, South Carolina I moved to Myrtle Beach in 1995. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, advertising and home remodeling, you'd be hard-pressed in finding someone more equipped at helping you from a variety of different angles.
I'm licensed in South Carolina AND North Carolina as a Realtor with an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, as well as extensive experience in Short Sales and Bank Owned Properties (REO). I also currently hold a South Carolina Residential Builders License if new construction is where you have your sights set! (I told you that you would be hard-pressed to find someone else more qualified ;) )
I pride myself in possessing all of the fancy adjectives that describe a really great real estate agent, such as being professional, having high integrity, excellent knowledge of the market/neighborhoods and, of course, the ability to perform highly effective marketing and negotiating skills. Relocating to Murrell's Inlet in 2008 was the best decision of my life... What an incredible place to live. I began my real estate career in Central Florida (Winter Park) in 2000 and have been an annual million-dollar producer ever since. I have also had the pleasure of working the real estate market in Nashville, TN from 2004-2008 before coming here to Myrtle Beach and the experience gained in that market will stay with me forever.
